You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable)

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours

Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may contact us regarding the defective product within 72 hours of the product's arrival. You can contact us at info@icebath.cc.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product you should send an email to info@icebath.cc.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
