We are proud to offer FREE Shipping Worldwide (free base shipping, with paid expedited shipping available)! Please note that we allow an average of 3 to 5 business days to complete your order before shipping. Rest assured, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is 7 to 35 business days, depending on your country or region and the shipping method you choose. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or epidemics that may affect delivery times.

For items on pre-order or backorder:

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all of our existing items immediately and pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you will receive the others shortly.

Track your order:

If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing the tracking ID and link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We try to expedite processing and shipping times so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. After placing an order on icebath.cc, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to return to icebath.cc. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on how to return an item.

Lost/stolen package:

The icebath.cc online store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
