ColdCare Lab LLC provides a two-year limited warranty on eligible products where a two-year warranty is stated on the product page. The warranty begins on the original delivery date and applies only to the original purchaser.
What is covered
Qualifying defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal residential use, when the product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
What is not covered
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, and consumable items.
• Incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical supply or ventilation, freezing, overheating, contaminated water, or inadequate maintenance.
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, and commercial use unless specifically approved in writing.
• Damage caused by external events, transport after delivery, or use with incompatible accessories or chemicals.
• Labor, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical work, access costs, loss of use, and other incidental or consequential costs, except where required by law.
How to make a claim
Email info@icebath.cc with your order number, proof of purchase, product model or serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may first provide remote troubleshooting or request additional information.
Remedy
For an approved claim, ColdCare Lab LLC may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or product replacement at its discretion, subject to applicable law. The remedy may be limited to the defective component.
