Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases from icebath.cc, operated by ColdCare Lab LLC.
1. Return period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
2. Return conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, parts, and documentation. Due to health and safety considerations, tubs that have been filled with water or used are not returnable.
3. Return fees and shipping
A restocking fee equal to 30% of the original product price will be deducted from approved discretionary returns. Installation, assembly, expedited delivery, original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and services already provided are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and risk unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
4. Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include customized or personalized orders; Final Sale or Clearance items; used or installed products; products exposed to water; products with accidental damage or missing parts not caused by us; and opened filters, water-treatment products, consumables, or other hygiene-sensitive items.
5. Return process
Email info@icebath.cc with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photographs. We normally review requests within three business days. If approved, we will provide written return authorization and instructions. Do not send a product without authorization.
Our shipping and fulfilment facility is 1251 S Rockefeller Ave, Unit B, Ontario, California 91761, United States. The authorized return destination may vary by product or order. Returned products are inspected before a refund decision is completed.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photographs or video of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection is completed, less any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable charges. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
8. Warranty
Product defects arising after use may be covered by our Two-Year Limited Warranty rather than this return policy.
