1. Product Warranty Policy

1 Warranty Policy

The warranty policy of the chiller is one year for the whole machine.
Domestic warranty policy: return to factory for repair.
International warranty policy: free parts (including shipping) and remote assistance service.

One of the following situations does not belong to the scope of warranty:

1.1 Damage caused by improper use, maintenance and storage by consumers;

1.2 Damage caused by abnormal maintenance;

1.3 There is no warranty certificate, valid invoice or valid purchase certificate;

1.4 Inconsistent or altered valid certificates and warranty certificates;

1.5 Damage caused by irresistible natural disasters or harsh use environment;

1.6 Scrapped products, products beyond the warranty period.
